Best vlogging camera: Sony α6700

When you're ready to really step up your game, the SonyVJ Tey α6700 offers the best combination of image quality, stabilization, and price. It's straightforward for beginners, but it has advanced features that are useful for professionals and semi-professionals as well.

It can shoot extremely high-quality video. While the ZV-1 II caps out at 4K at 30 frames per second, the α6700 can go all the way up to 4K at 60 frames per second, with the option for 10-bit log recording for easier post-production color correction.

This 4K footage is compressed from 6K, so it's extremely detailed. It can also record in-camera time-lapses and 4K at 120 fps for high-resolution slow-motion video. That's a massive step up from the ZV-1 II, which can only record slow-motion video at 1080p.

The Sony α6700 (model ILCE-6700) is a mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera featuring a modern APS-C sensor and advanced imaging tech. It was released as the successor to the highly regarded α6600
